BIO
Sota Koike hails from the lower east side of Manhattan. He is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist with a charming, enigmatic and influential personality that helps him captivate and inspire his audience. When Sota was four years old, he joined the 3rd St. music academy and learned music throughout his student life. Drawing on his love for music, he enrolled in the California Institute of the Arts and received a degree in Guitar Performance. He practiced playing guitar by listening to Stevie Ray Vaughan/Jimi Hendrix albums. Sota's education and affiliations with musicians and music teachers have helped him accumulate in-depth knowledge and expertise about music with a high level of technical and commercial acumen demonstrated by his record of industry achievements. Sota is a massive fan of Blues, Classic Rock, and Hip-Hop, and they greatly inspire his music.
